This engaging SELF PORTRAIT Directed Drawing project is designed for Grades 4-6, and can be used by any teacher (Even if art isn't your specialty!!). This resource helps students explore the power of line art while reflecting on their strengths, interests, and areas for growth as young artists.
Students will craft unique self-portraits using various types of lines—jagged, curved, straight, wavy, zigzag, and more. They'll experiment with line patterns to express different aspects of themselves, creating striking black-and-white masterpieces.
