Biodiversity National Park Guide Project for Google Slides™ (Grade 6 Science)

This National Park Guide Project culminating task for the Biodiversity unit for the Grade 6 Ontario Science curriculum (2022) is so much fun for students!

A national park is a designated area of natural significance, often protected by the government, to preserve its ecological integrity, scenic beauty, and provide opportunities for recreation and education.

Individually, students will create a pamphlet serving as a guide to a chosen national park’s biodiversity. The pamphlet should vividly showcase the diverse range of species, ecosystems, and the importance of preserving biodiversity.
